John Peel Tribute

John Peel Tribute Radio Clatterbridge has paid tribute to the Wirral-born broadcaster, John Peel. The DJ, who was brought up in Burton, died last month while on a working holiday in Peru. He was 65. Radio Clatterbridge presenter Andy Bonner was one of the hundreds of people to go to John's funeral in Bury St Edmunds on Friday. This evening, Andy played some of the highlights from John's career followed by The Undertones' Teenage Kicks which was his favourite song.
