Phil Conquers Chester Former Radio Clatterbridge presenter Phil Rodgers has conquered Chester! The 27 year old has become Programme Controller at Chester's Dee 106.3, the local radio station based in the historic Roman city. Phil recently held the same position at Watford's Mercury 96.6. It marks a move back home for Phil, who hails from Prenton and began his career at Radio City and Wirral's Buzz. He will also present the drivetime programme at Dee.
